With two attractive coarse pools, Alcott Farm near Alvechurch in Worcestershire is part of a 65-acre equestrian Stud Farm and offers comfortable self-catering and bed and breakfast accommodation in the main farmhouse and an adjacent converted stable. A grass track around the pools is a great advantage for disabled anglers, for whom eight timber pegs have been specifically created with assistance from the Environment Agency. The pools hold carp into double figures and silver fish to about 1lb.
