River Avon riparian rights & land

I’m looking to purchase a short stretch of a Warwickshire river, with riparian rights for angling and recreational purposes. Ideally the river Avon, but would consider, the Arrow or Alne or another tributary of note.

I’m a cash buyer, looking to purchase for my own angling use and something as an investment and legacy which I am able to pass down to my kids and grandkids. In terms of fishing, I’m interested in Barbel, Chub, Roach, Pike, but would consider any reasonable stretch of water, even if it has not been fished for many years, or with little known about the providence of the fishing.

If possible there should be parking available nearby and access by foot with a short walk to river bank. I would be interested in hearing from anyone who is looking to sell in the Warwickshire area, especially around Warwick, Leamington and Stratford Upon Avon which is where I am based.  I would be also interested in any adjoining land / paddocks / woodland next to the stretch of river, for which I have additional budget.
