Fishery / lake in Sussex or Kent

We are seeking a lake or fishery to lease or sublease on a long-term basis, preferably in Sussex, although we would also consider opportunities in Kent. We currently operate a successful carp syndicate and have extensive experience in fishery management, maintenance, stock control, security, and customer bookings. As part of our expansion plans, we are looking to develop and operate another exclusive booking carp fishery.

We would consider waters from approximately 0.5 acres upwards. The current condition of the lake and existing fish stock are not important, as we are willing to invest in improvements and ongoing management where required.
