Front, side and rear windows and glazed double doors to the veranda provide a light and spacious living space with spectacular views of the river and land. The sitting room layout is such that it could be partitioned to provide two separate spaces.

Stairs from the sitting room lead down to the lower ground floor utility room with pine clad walls and tiled floor.
