The bungalow accommodation - one with a twin and double bedroom, the other with one double en-suite bedroom - have their own lounge, kitchen, bathroom and TV and are within the curtilage of the owners' bungalow at Nine Oaks.

Both bungalows come fully equipped with their own oven/hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, saucepans, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Beds are made ready for guests' arrival - all you have to provide are your own towels and tea towels.

Pictured above is the lounge in the Craigfryn bungalow which offers one double en-suite bedroom whilst right is the lounge in 'Snowdrop' which offers the one twin and one double bedroom.

Both flats are clean, spacious and centrally heated and ideal either for couples, families or small groups of anglers. Nine Oaks is situated in the popular mid-Wales holiday belt of Aberystwyth, New Quay and Cardigan where there are plenty of local pubs, hotels, restaurants and take-aways which offer food. There are also convenience stores nearby which provide a wide range of foodstuffs and housewares.

The static caravans on site (pictured below) have both a double bedroom and a twin bedroom whilst the seating in the lounge area is easily converted into further beds. In addition to a kitchen and large spacious lounge, the caravan also has a bathroom with shower.
