Some fantastic big fish have come out of Lancashire's Pendle View Fishery over the last week or two.

Enjoying a once in a lifetime occurence, Adrian Wilson from Rossendale caught over 204lb of carp during a 48-hour session in early July, taking not only a 35lb 6oz carp but a 32lb 4oz catfish as well.

Adrian caught about 30 carp during his visit to Pendle Hill.

Meanwhile, the heat of the British Carp Championships took place on the 18th, 19th and 20th June at Pendle View with Tony Ashworth and Ben Heap, the anglers sponsored by the fishery, winning the heat and going forward to the grand final in early September.  Tony and Ben managed to pull 88lb worth of carp out in that session.
